We are committed to ensuring that your UY scent reaches you safely, securely, and as promptly as possible.
DISPATCH TIMELINE
Standard dispatch takes place within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note that during periods of high demand, slight delays may occur — we appreciate your understanding and patience.
FREE PICKUP
Collect your order free of charge at our Berlin showroom. We look forward to welcoming you.
SHIPPING & TRACKING
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
This email will be sent to the address provided in your order. Please ensure your email and shipping details are correct at checkout.
CARRIERS & DELIVERY
We ship with trusted courier partners to ensure a reliable and insured delivery. Shipping times may vary based on destination, but you can expect:
- Germany: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- EU: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- International: 5–10 business days after dispatch
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes, courier delays, or postal issues beyond our control. However, UY Studio remains responsible for the shipment until it has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, unless delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
In any case we will do our best to support you if issues arise.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- We do not ship orders before payment has cleared.
- If your delivery address is incorrect, and the parcel cannot be delivered, any resulting costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refund policy
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
You have 14 days after delivery to return your order on any item. Naturally, your the product has to be in the same condition you received it– unused and unharmed. Original packaging and labels need to be intact and in resellable condition. Some items, such as our discovery kits as well as samples in any given size are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they have been damaged during shipment. Please note that shipping costs for return are on you, for exchange on us. In case you received item broken during transportation, please send a photo proof to sales@uy-studio.com.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?
- Please Email sales@uy-studio.com and include your order number, reason for return, your name and phone number to contact you, if necessary.
- You will receive a confirmation email for the return.
- Package your return in the UY parcel to prevent damage in transit.
- Done!
We have a 14-day, no-questions-asked, return policy. Naturally, we expect you to return your items in the same condition you received them – unworn and unharmed.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
When receiving your return parcel with your perfume in the expected condition as described above, we start the reimbursement process immediately. Please allow 3-4 business days for return transfers to appear on your account.
