What Is Unisex Perfume?
Oud isn't masculine. Rose isn't feminine. And vanilla doesn't belong to anyone.
So why do we still divide perfume into men's and women's fragrances?
Mostly tradition, culture and decades of marketing. Somewhere along the way, we decided that woods and spices belonged to men, while flowers and sweetness belonged to women. A strange idea, considering nature never made that distinction. Unisex perfume simply moves beyond those categories. It's fragrance without a prescribed identity.
Can Anyone Wear Any Fragrance?
Of course. A woody scent can feel delicate. A floral perfume can have serious attitude. And the same fragrance can smell different depending on who's wearing it. Perfume becomes less about fitting into a category and more about personal taste.
Genderless Fragrances at UY Studio Berlin
At UY, we've never been particularly interested in telling people who they should be. Our niche Eau de Parfums are created around mood, memory and atmosphere. Not gender. Not trends. Three different personalities. No categories.
Wear what feels like you.
